Delegate Rates

Day Delegate Rate – €35.00 per person

Our day delegate rate of just €35.00 per person is an inclusive rate for day meetings offering a simple solution to you as conference organiser.  This rate is per day and based on a minimum number of 10 delegates, including the following:

• Meeting room hire
• Delegate stationery including writing pads & pencils
• Table refreshments including bottled water, mints & fresh fruit bowl
• Morning Tea & Coffee served with Pastries / Scones
• Buffet 2 course Lunch – Main course, Dessert, Tea / Coffee
• Afternoon Tea & Coffee served with Biscuits
• LCD Projector & Screen and Flip Chart, Pad & Markers
• Free high speed WIFI Internet access
• Free on site car parking
