The company is a not-for-profit company [without charitable status]. A tender is now open for the preparation of the organisation’s annual accounts and audit for this year 2010.The Annual Accounts describe the nature and range of the organisation’s activities, explain how it is financed and supply relevant financial information on its operations. The objective is to provide a true and fair view of the financial situation. The annual accounts must also supply relevant information in a clear and comprehensible manner that allows comparisons to be made between financial years.
