Statement from Mullingar Chamber of Commerce – 24th November 2010
Unfortunately at this point we cannot confirm Niall Horan and One Direction for the turning on of the Christmas Lights in Mullingar. We’d urge people to keep an eye on www.mullingarchamber.ie for updates. The band originally scheduled to come over yesterday were forced to cancel their plans due to studio commitments. At this point in the competition things are getting very serious and the whole town here in Mullingar is behind Niall and One Direction. We wish them all the very best of luck.
