Westmeath County Council – Launch of Rural Supports Schemes EOI

We will be launching our Rural Support Schemes Expression of Interest (EOI) application form on the 11th of March 2022. This is an open invitation to communities and community groups to express an interest in projects that they feel would benefit their communities.

The EOI’s will be considered to go forward for full funding applications under the Town & Village, Outdoor Recreational Infrastructure Schemes and CLÁR.

EOI’s will be assessed in line with the different criteria as set out under each Scheme. Full details relating to each funding scheme is contained on our website at Westmeath County Council (WCC) Our Services (westmeathcoco.ie)

The EOI application will be launched through a grants management system that will be new to the applicants and community groups. This new system has been developed in a user-friendly way and is currently used in other Local Authorities.

If you or any of the Community Groups require any assistance, support or general information, please contact the Community Development Section, Westmeath County Council on 044 9332215, 044 9332196 or 044 9332258 or by email at dce@westmeathcoco.ie
