Public Consultation on a new Public Library Strategy

More Posts

A public consultation on a new public library strategy has just been launched by the Minister for Rural and Community Development, Heather Humphreys T.D.

This is an ambitious plan to develop public library services over the next five years. We want to understand people’s attitudes towards the public library service and also get their feedback on how services can be improved in terms of access, use and visibility of the public library.

The consultation will assist in the development of a new Public Library Strategy which will be published next year.
