The Mullingar Chamber Awards 2023 was an unforgettable evening of celebration, recognition, and inspiration, as the local business community came together to honour outstanding achievements and contributions on Friday 3rd November.
The event, held at the Mullingar Park Hotel, saw members of Mullingar’s vibrant business community gather to applaud the remarkable achievements of entrepreneurs and businesses that have demonstrated exceptional growth, innovation, and community involvement.
The evening kicked off at with a warm welcome from Mullingar Chamber President, Allyson English, President of Mullingar Chamber, who set the tone for the night. Minister Peter Burke’s speech was a stirring testament to the vital role that the local business community plays in the economic and social fabric of Mullingar. He underscored how businesses, both large and small, are the backbone of the community, driving economic growth, providing employment, and contributing to the overall prosperity and well-being of the region..
MC Shane Barkey took the stage, bringing his unique energy and charm to the proceedings. He introduced each award category with the respective sponsor and announced the finalists. The anticipation in the room reached its peak as Shane declared, “And the winner is…” Throughout the evening, 17 prestigious awards were presented, showcasing the diverse talents and contributions of Mullingar’s business community.
