Mullingar Chamber, in collaboration with Irelands Knowledge Centre for Carbon, Climate and Community Action (IKC3), held a successful sustainability workshop on Thursday, June 13th, at the Greville Arms Hotel. The event was a vibrant session filled with idea sharing and discussions focused on the skills necessary for successful sustainability implementation.
David Williamson of IKC3 led the workshop, providing invaluable insights and facilitated engaging discussions among attendees. His expertise and passion for sustainability were evident as he guided participants through various strategies and best practices for embedding sustainability into their businesses and organisations.
‘A great session today exploring business opportunities arising from sustainability,’ said Thomas Flynn, of Mullingar Chamber, ‘looking at alternative forms of energy, how to get started and plan for sustainability and highlighting the skills businesses and their teams will need to consider as they move forward is invaluable. Areas that all business, large or small will need to address. Thanks again to all who attended and thank you to David from IKC3 as our guest presenter and for facilitating the discussion groups.’
