Mullingar Arts Centre opened on November 19th 1998. It comprises a 378 seat auditorium, hospitality area and 3 workshop areas.
The Arts Centre provides workshops in Art, Music, Dance/Ballet, Crafts, Drama ( for adults, children, disadvantaged and those with special needs). The Centre is all inclusive.
Mullingar Arts Centre has as its main mission the education of children into the whole area of the Arts.
The programme covers all areas of the arts: Music, Art, Dance, Photography, Literature, Drama, technical aspects of theatre, including sound, lights, stage management etc.
