We cater for a range of events for private and corporate clients throughout the midlands. Our mission is to source the finest of fresh food, prepare it with skill and serve it elegantly and impeccably every time. Keeping it simple has allowed us to focus on superior customer service from the initial menu planning and event planning, while maximising value for money. Uisneach Catering is increasingly in demand for corporate catering. A large factor in this increased demand is our new food truck, with its fully equipped kitchen, it allows us to cater for large groups in a safe and convenient manner. The food truck has also allowed us to expand to cater at large festivals, such as the Fleadh Ceoil and Bealtaine Fire Festival, outdoor and marquee weddings and large schools. Uisneach Catering have also seen a rise in demand for catering to sports teams since re-opening after the Covid-19 lock-down. We have catered for local GAA teams and teams from as far as Sligo and Leitrim. Uisneach Catering also works with The Carambola Ltd, based in Limerick, delivering  lunches to local midlands schools.
