We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate and Device Technician to join our dynamic team. This role will allow you to combine your sales skills with technical expertise, making it an ideal opportunity for individuals passionate about technology. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers in selecting and purchasing computers, mobile devices, and related accessories. Utilize your natural sales ability to upsell and cross-sell products and services. Perform phone screen and battery replacements on various mobile devices (training provided if necessary). Ensure that all devices are repaired to a high standard, meeting customer expectations. Educate customers on the benefits of our repair services and products. Maintain an organized and clean sales floor and repair workspace. Qualifications: Sales experience is not mandatory but highly desired. A strong work ethic and enthusiasm for technology are essential. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Willingness to learn and perform phone screen and battery replacements. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic technical knowledge of computers and mobile devices is a plus. Working Hours: This is a part-time position. Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, are required.
