DECOTEK Automotive is based in the Irish midlands employing approximately 320 people in a highly skilled manufacturing environment. We design, develop and manufacture premium exterior trim components for the global automotive industry customers. We are currently recruiting for a EHS Administrator. This role will be full-time. Working hours will be Monday-Friday 08.00-16.30. At Decotek Automotive the EHS Administrator will provide proactive support to the EHS team to ensure management systems maintain certification to associated international certification standards. Principal Accountabilities: Assist the EHS Team in implementing and maintaining all management systems within the department. Assists Cell Leaders and Managers in accident investigations. Carry out regular safety inspections in all areas and ensuring CAPA implementation. Provide health and safety training to employees and contractors such as safety induction, COVID-19 protocols, manual handling, toolbox talks etc. Carry out risk assessments on existing and new processes and equipment. Organisation and presentations for various meetings for EHS related topics, Maintain and following up on actions arising. Document Control: responsible for ensuring that all EHS documentation is revised, controlled and most up to date version is in circulation. Data Entry: responsible for data capture across all functions in the EHS department and presentation for internal/external review. Promote a positive culture of health and wellbeing, environmental awareness & sustainability for all employees through positive engagement. Experience and Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint computer packages Passion for people and their safety Ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders Focused with excellent attention to detail Exceptional organisation skills Fluent in English Interested?
