The group are offering an exciting opportunity for Full Time Restaurant Supervisor to join our team based in Red Earth in Mullingar Business Park, Mullingar, Co. Westmeath. The successful candidate must be available to work 5 days out of 7, including weekends. Responsibilities: · Manage daily restaurant operations, opening to closing · Provide leadership and direction to the team · Supervise team and allocate duties · Create employee schedules and coordinate staff shifts · Supervise and nurture team members’ development · Coordinate daily restaurant operations · Ensure Optimal Guest and Customer Satisfaction · Collaborate closely with the kitchen team to maintain seamless communication regarding service, food quality, and presentation · Address guest feedback promptly · Assist in inventory management · Contribute to operational strategies · Uphold HACCP standards and maintaining high cleanliness standards · Promote the restaurant’s brand and image Key Competencies: · Prior restaurant supervisory experience preferred · A passion for motivating teams and nurturing individual staff development · Capability to handle multiple situations and tasks simultaneously · A customer-centric approach to management · Clear and concise communication skills · Exceptional organisational ability in fast-paced settings · Understanding of food safety regulations · Flexibility for varied shifts · Willingness and ability to learn and adapt to our company’s standards and procedures.
