About the Role As a Retail Sales Advisor your primary responsibility is to ensure that every customer has an exceptional experience in our store. You will develop an understanding of our products through regular training so you can offer genuine, informed advice to help guide customers decision making. Your excellent communication skills will be used to build relationships with each customer and help in creating the perfect shopping environment. About the Person Suitable candidates, should have experience working in a customer facing and fast paced retail environment, be self-motivated, have excellent customer care skills, be confident communicators and have a passion for fashion retail. As a Retail Sales Advisor you should be willing to learn and develop yourself, have a desire to succeed and to contribute to our positive team environment as well as promoting the Galvin brand.
