Responsibilities: Repair Coordination: Efficiently manage and coordinate the repair process for various electronic devices. Ensure timely completion of repairs while maintaining high-quality standards. Collaborate with technicians to address technical challenges and provide solutions. Sales Management: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Train and motivate sales staff to achieve and exceed sales targets. Provide excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Staff Management: Lead and mentor a team of technicians and sales associates. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional development. Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels. Work closely with suppliers to maintain a well-stocked and diverse product range. Implement inventory control measures to minimize losses and improve efficiency. Customer Relations: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations in a timely and professional manner. Implement customer service initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue. Reporting: Provide regular weekly and monthly reports to the owner, summarizing key performance metrics, sales figures, and inventory levels. Analyze data to identify trends and make informed recommendations for improvements. Qualifications: Proven experience in a similar role within the tech sales and repair industry. Strong leadership and management skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Technical background and understanding of electronic devices.
