Mullingar Chamber Mindfulness Month
Welcome to a month of mindfulness. 5 weeks of mindful activities and information to help bring awareness and calm to your, your employees and your families daily life.
Mullingar Chamber believes that the mental health of employers, employees and their families is hugely important. To help with this, we are running a mindfulness campaign in starting on the 30th May for 5 weeks.
This campaign will focus around five pillars [1 for each week]
- Reduce Stress
- Be Mindful
- Connect (with others and with yourself)
- Get Active
- Keep Learning & Setting Goals
We will be sending newsletters, creating social media content, updating this page weekly with information and as part of our Mindfulness Month Mullingar Chamber is hosting our Wellness Event in Easons Mullingar June 10th from 11am-1pm. to register for this free event please click here
