June Casserly – Senior Programme Manager with the Ardonagh Analytics Lab, after 20 years working in financial services I recently moved to the world of Data Analytics.
As Senior Programme Manager within the Ardonagh Analytics Lab I lead the Delivery team and have responsibility for planning and managing a series of data focused projects for colleagues and clients across the Ardonagh Group. As I am responsible for program delivery I work closely with both the technical and business teams to ensure there is collaboration and engagement on all project deliverables. It is a challenging and rewarding role as I am working on many varied projects across the Insurance industry while also incorporating the Data Analytics insights. I understand the value and importance of relationship building with all stakeholders which is key to our success. Core to my values is that a leader can be empathetic, compassionate and strong.
Learning new skills is important to me, I view moving industry at this point in my career as an opportunity to advance my skills set and grow personally. With change comes great excitement for what’s ahead and I am thrilled to be embarking on my next chapter with the Ardonagh Data Analytics team
